Notice of Public Hearings

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of the following proposed Bylaw.

PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 1145-19

That the land use designation of the following property known as:
Plan 162 0364, Block 24, Lots 18, 19, 20, 21, 22, be rezoned from Hamlet Residential 1A "H-R1A" to Hamlet Residential 1B "H-R1B" as shown to the right.

PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 1148-19

That the land use designation of the following property known as:
Plan 892 2718, Lot 2 & NW 26-105-15-W5M be rezoned from Agricultural "A" to Rural Industrial General "RIG".

 The Public Hearings will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, August 28, 2019 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511 - 46 Avenue).
Please forward written submissions to the Planning & Development Department prior to 4:30 p.m., Friday, August 23, 2019.

 

PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 1150-19

SE 8-106-15-W5M within the hamlet of La Crete be rezoned from Urban Fringe "UF" to Hamlet Residential 1B "H-R1B".
