Notice of Public Hearings
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Revised Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of the following proposed Bylaw.
PROPOSED BYLAW NO. 1156-19
The proposed amendment is that the land use designation of the following property known as:
Part of SE 2-106-15-W5M be rezoned from Agricultural "A" to Rural Industrial General "RIG".

The Public Hearings will he held at 1:00 p.m. on January 14, 2020 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue).
Please forward written submissions to the Planning & Development Department prior to 4:30 p.m., Friday, January 10, 2020.
