MACKENZIE COUNTY HOUSING NEEDS ASSESSMENT RESIDENT SURVEY
Mackenzie County is currently developing a new Housing Needs Assessment to assess the County’s housing needs and is seeking your input! Through this survey, we hope to better understand the needs and challenges faced by residents throughout Mackenzie County when it comes to housing.
The purpose of a Housing Needs Assessment is to explore current and future housing need, demand, supply and affordability and provide insight into the key drivers behind the housing markets within the Mackenzie County communities. The needs across the entire housing continuum, both market and non-market housing, will be assessed.
Purpose and Format
By participating in this survey, you are contributing to building a comprehensive assessment of your community’s housing experiences—allowing Mackenzie County to develop a clearer understanding of housing needs, barriers to accessing good housing, and desires for the future.
This survey will consist of a mix of multiple choice and short answer open text questions. It contains 4 main sections: your housing experience; housing experiences in the community; and about you (optional). It will take approximately 15 minutes to complete.
