Scope of Work
The scope of work for this project includes, but is not limited to, the following:
(i) Subgrade Preparation
(ii) Common Excavation
(iii) Granular Fill
(iv) Asphalt Concrete Pavement
(v) Miscellaneous Grading & Landscaping
Unless otherwise specified, the Contractor shall supply all materials necessary to complete the Work. A complete job is called for, therefore any labour, material, equipment, tool or incidental item not specifically mentioned, but necessary for completeness will be considered incidental to the Work, and no separate or additional payment will be made.

Tender packages are available on the Alberta Purchasing Connection (APC) website. Sealed tenders should be received at the Fort Vermilion County office (4511 46 Ave, Fort Vermilion) by the closing date and addressed to:

Requests for Proposals
Purpose of Request for Proposal
Mackenzie County is requesting any individual, group, non-profit organization, or business to
submit their Proposal for the Operations of one or more County Campground.
We are interested in your ideas.
Although the County would require a minimum level of service, we invite any and all interested
parties to present your ideas on how these desired levels would be reached and how you would
utilize the campground to GENERATE YOUR OWN REVENUE.
Proposal Packages are available for download or at any Mackenzie County Office during regular office hours.
Submissions, Closing Date, Inquires and Opening
Proposals are accepted at the Fort Vermilion Office (4511 46 Ave, Fort Vermilion) in a sealed envelope marked “Campground Caretaker” on or before the closing date and addressed to:

Purpose of Request for Proposal
Mackenzie County is currently accepting Proposals for the raw water reservoir upgrade project in the Hamlet of Fort Vermilion.
Scope of Work
The work consists of, but is not limited to:
- Removal of aquatic vegetation
- Removal of existing aeration system
- Installation of a new aeration system
