Bylaw 1386-25 Procedure and Conduct of Public Hearings

Members of the public who wish to attend the Public Hearing electronically must register with the Director of Legislative Services three (3) days before the meeting date.

Anyone wishing to speak at a Public Hearing must either attend in person or register to participate electronically. To speak through electronic means, individuals must register with the Director of Legislative and Support Services seven (7) days before the Hearing and must also submit a written statement by that same deadline for inclusion in the agenda package.

Written submissions must also be provided at least seven (7) days prior to meeting date.

All participants are expected to follow proper conduct throughout the Hearing.
