Notice of Decision on Discretionary Use Development Permits

The development permits listed are Approved, and will come into effect on May 6, 2026. If you are negatively affected by these decisions, you can submit an appeal to the Subdivision and Development Appeal Board in writing, containing a statement of the grounds of appeal, in person or by mail. The appeal fee is $500.00 and must be included with the appeal. You have 21 days from this notice to submit an appeal, which is May 5, 2026.
