Proposed Bylaw – 1391-25
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1391-25. The proposed amendment is to increase the minimum width regulation of a lot in the Manufactured Home Subdivision “MHS” district in the Land Use Bylaw, Section 12.27.3.1
- That the Mackenzie County Land Use Bylaw Section 12.27.3.1 be amended with new minimum width requirements for lots within the Manufactured Home Subdivision (MHS) District:

12.27.3.1 Lot Requirements
- The minimum lot width is 7m (45.0ft). 16.8m (55.0 ft)
- The minimum depth is 33.5m (110.0ft).
The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, January 28, 2026 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.
