Proposed Bylaw – 1398-26
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw No. 1398-26.
The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described as Part of NW-12-105-15-W5M. The property is currently zoned Agricultural 1 (A1) and is proposed to be zoned as Country Residential (CRm) and Agricultural 2 (A2) in order to accommodate future subdivision and development of ten (10) estate-like residential lots and five (5) small acreages.

The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 10, 2026 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.
