Bylaw 1348-24
Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1348-24.
The proposed bylaw is to amend the land use zoning of the following property described as Part of NW-24-107-14-W5M. This property is currently zoned Agricultural “A” and is proposed to be rezoned as Rural Industrial General “RIG” in order to allow for the sale of the proposed land for future industrial type business use.
The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.

Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the first reading of Bylaw No. 1349-24. The proposed bylaw is:
That a Road Closure be granted for 1530 meters of Range Road 16-1 located between SE 24-107-16-W5M/NE 13-107-16-W5M and SW 19-107-15-W5M/NW 18-107-15-W5M outlined below, to be closed for the purpose of aggregate extraction.
The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, October 16, 2024 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.
