Pursuant to the Municipal Government Act, being Chapter M-26 of the Statutes of Alberta, notice is hereby given that the Council of Mackenzie County will hold a public hearing prior to the second reading of Bylaw 1345-24.
The proposed bylaw is for a Partial Plan Cancellation and Lot Consolidation of Plan 962 4275, Block 04, Lots 13-17 in the Hamlet of Zama, to accommodate the consolidation of these lots into one title. The proposed consolidation will be redesignated as Municipal Reserve.
The Public Hearing will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 in the Mackenzie County Council Chambers in Fort Vermilion (4511-46 Avenue). The proposed bylaw may be viewed at any Mackenzie County office during regular office hours.
