An announcement for the NEW Golf Cart Bylaw 1377-25.
Anyone wishing to operate a Golf Cart must:
- Must have a valid vehicle operators license
- Complete registration form at a County Office to obtain a golf cart permit, to be displayed on the cart
- Registration Requirements – $60 Registration Fee
- Drivers License, proof of insurance, colour, make model & serial number of golf cart, # of seats & if fuel or electric powered
- Operate on designated streets in La Crete and Fort Vermilion only, as per golf cart bylaw (maps provided upon registration)
- Be subjected to fines for contravention of the Golf Cart Bylaw
The Golf Cart Bylaw 1377-25 has been approved and will soon be available to the public on our public portal.
